MARVIN AND COMPANY, P.C. ADDS THREE NEW EMPLOYEES AND PROMOTES EIGHT

Marvin and Company, P.C., one of the Capital Region’s leading accounting, auditing, taxation and management consulting firms, continues to grow and is pleased to announce the addition of three new hires to its team as well as several staff promotions.

“Marvin and Company is excited to welcome Reshma, Jennifer and Sean to our staff and we’re proud of the hard work of our promoted staff,” said Director Kevin O’Leary, CPA. “These professionals strengthen our firm, helping enhance the quality of services we have to offer, which reinforces our commitment to meeting the needs of our client base and the community.”

• Reshma N. Mulchandani, CPA joins the tax department. She has over eight years of experience in public accounting, seven of which she spent with a firm in Schenectady. She earned her Associate of Business Administration degree at SUNY Adirondack Community College and her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Siena College.

• Jennifer A. Menard is a recent graduate of the University of Phoenix where she earned her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in accounting. The Vermont native has several years of experience in accounting having worked for a boutique accounting firm and a credit union.

• Sean M. Daley, joining the audit department, earned his Master’s in Business Administration - Finance and Bachelor’s in accounting from Sage Colleges of Albany. Daley, a resident of Watervliet, was previously an internal auditor at Albany Medical Center.

In addition to the new hires, Marvin and Company, P.C. has promoted numerous staff members for their exceptional efforts in 2015. In our Latham office, Craig T. Borgen and Jessica L. Olszowy were all promoted to Level II Assurance Associate, Veronica L. Maheux, CPA and John M. Schlegel, CPA were promoted to Senior Assurance Associate, Joshua L. Mabee, CPA was promoted to Level II Senior Assurance Associate, and Christopher J. Healy, CPA was promoted to Assurance Supervisor. In our Queensbury office, Mark J. Quackenbush has been promoted to Level II Senior Assurance Associate.
