Frank is a CPA with over 37 years of public accounting experience, which includes the last 32 with Marvin and Company. He retired in June 2017. He became a director of the firm in 1985 and served as Director of Accounting and Auditing Services from October 1995 through September 2006. From 1985 to 2017, he was the director in charge of the audits, management advisory and other services to a number of organizations, providing services to various nonprofit organizations, for-profit entities and employee benefit plans. He also provided services to personal income tax clients. A frequent lecturer and seminar instructor, Frank has conducted various presentations on business and other issues throughout New York State.
Frank graduated with honors from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1976 with a BS degree in Accounting and from the College of St. Rose in 1992 with an MS degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the board of directors of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Town of Bethlehem Industrial Development Agency, Chair of the State Board for Public Accountancy Quality Review Oversight Committee and adjunct faculty at SUNY Albany and the College of St. Rose.
