After all those years of publishing newsletters for mailing, we decided that  the time for an e-newsletter had come. Our client and contact list has grown to thousands and we have decided to add a technological twist to how we continue to share current and important information with you.

Karl joined Marvin and Company in 1999 after eight years experience in the health care and employee benefits industries. He is director and is responsible for overseeing audits for not-for-profit agencies and single audit filings in accordance with OMB Circular A-133. Karl has worked with a variety of not-for-profits including rehabilitation centers, substance abuse centers, membership organizations, foundations and day care centers.


Karl is a graduate of Bentley College with a BS in Accountancy. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
