Monique Gasson - HR Manager

Monique Gasson joined Marvin and Company, P.C. in 2005 as the Human Resources Manager. With over eight years experience in all areas of Human Resources, Monique is responsible for promoting a positive work environment, characterized by excellent employee welfare, open communications, and staff growth.  Her background includes experience in employee relations, leadership development, benefits and compensation, performance management, employment law, and training. 

Monique graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management. She has achieved and maintains her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), of which she is also a member. Additionally, she is a member of the local chapter of SHRM, the Capital Region Human Resources Association (CRHRA).
